Do you have a strategy in Flip 7?

Was wondering if you have a particular strategy? For instance, do you always try to take 4 cards? Curious about various strategies. Thanks!

I figured it out, and freezing around 20-25 points is optimal. After that point, your EV in points is negative. The loss due to busting is more than any gain, on average. Special cards aren't included in this analysis. If you are behind, be more aggressive. If you are ahead, be a little more conservative.

What FSKFSK said. Also try to pay attention to cards where the count may be higher or lower than expected. If you have a 12 in your hand and reckon more than the expected number of 12s have been discarded, you can push a little harder than normal. And the reverse, if you have a card in hand that you think has a lot remaining in the deck, stop slightly earlier.

Also keep track of the Action cards. Second Chance and Flip 3 mainly. Knowing there is a fair chance of getting a Second Chance can justify a little more gambling. Flip 3 can be lethal.
