Suggestion for another VIP (or perhaps not a VIP, but just an annoying passenger) could be a flight diversion/in air emergency, so you have to pick them up at one airport to go to another, but once you leave the original airport, their destination changes - this would only happen once, setting them down at another airport to reset would not result in changing the destination again.

What about a business passenger or someone who's in a hurry who must go through a tailwind?
Or a passenger who must fly with someone else (ie child & adult or passenger & carer/aide or newlyweds)?
Or a frequent flyer who has to go to every city?
Or passenger A who has to be reunited with passenger B before being delivered together to another airport?

• Convention: All new passengers that round will have the same destination (everyone pays the regular fare based on their origin)
• Wind Glider: Must fly through a tailwind (a storm does not count)

• Reunion: Two passengers must meet at their destination. The player who delivers the final passenger earns both fares.

For example, round-trip ticket starts in DEN for DEN-MIA flight. They will pay $0. When you deliver to MIA, another round-trip ticket will start immediately in MIA for MIA-DEN flight (reverse direction). They will pay $6 (double).

The true story
D.B. Cooper hijacked Northwest Orient Airlines Flight 305, a Boeing 727 aircraft flying from Portland, Oregon, to Seattle, Washington.

After releasing the passengers in Seattle, Cooper directed the crew to refuel the aircraft and begin a second flight (alone in the plane) to Mexico City, with a refueling stop in Reno, Nevada.

The BGA VIP would appear without notice at the beginning of a turn in any airport where a plane is present and force the plane to go empty immediatly to the nearest airport. The ticket price would be zero $.
