Using Occupation (Cooper)

I have the Cooper occupation and I can't figure out how to exchange a wood for a fish after I collect 2 or more wood

Whenever you collect two or more wood from an action after playing the occupation you're prompted automatically by the game if you want to exchange one wood for a fish
