Look at the lighter beige of the left and top of the palm. It forms the shape of a thumb, perpendicular to the other fingers and parallel to the actual thumb. (I already explained this explicitly and verbatim in an earlier post).
Okay, so we are genuinely talking about the muscle on the outside of the hand and the pad area beneath each finger as though it is an extra finger drawn into the hand, with a bend? Am I understanding that correctly?
Yes. It very much looks like an extra thumb protruding from the wrist near the blue shirt-sleeve.

The problem here seems to be that tbhp apparently believes that the human palm is supposed to be completely flat. Look at your hand. Is it flat? Because mine has a raised area underneath the fingers and to the side and a hollow in the middle. Just like on the drawing. You know, the bits that you have decided must absolutely be a finger. It's not, has never been, will never be a finger.

I tried to draw the edge of what would be the nail if it were a 6th finger (or thumb): https://imgur.com/a/IIHrWwL
Exactly. The circled portion looks like the thumb of a left hand, which makes the actual thumb look like the pinky of a left hand. The shape of the circled portion is almost identical to the shape and shading of the actual thumb.

And yet several people in this thread thought they saw a 6th finger. It's not a good drawing. In my opinion.

Still not proof of AI, though.

Welcome to the thread. :)

It has already been established in this thread that this is not AI art. The artist is known, her name is Anna [Something. I'll fill in the blank in a moment].

According to page 1 of this thread, the artwork is done by enormously talented Anna Meshchanova.

I googled her and found some of her work. She has talent.

That's not what muscle or pad would look like. Is everyone in this thread taking crazy pills, or do people for some weird reason not want to admit that AI most likely had a "hand" in this?

I just looked at my right hand under a light , holding my hand in the same pose and position, and the shading is less varied than in the drawing. I believe the shading in the drawing was overdone, combined with a relative lack of detail on the palm.

Oh, look, this actual hand appears to have a sixth finger too:

Seriously, if we are treating this like a highlights magazine hidden pictures puzzle, I am fully out. Best of luck finding the rake.

No it doesn't. Because, the shading and detail in that photograph are good.

The art on the card has questionable shading and almost no detail on the palm.
