Tie-break rules in tournaments?

I would like to know why I finished second in the round-robin stage of the https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=566543
TransitRide and I have the same number of points and played the same number of matches, but I won our head-to-head encounter, so I should be first, not second. The standings are important because the group winner skips the first elimination match, giving them a significant advantage. I would like to know exactly what the tie-break rules are. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

i believe how it works in round-robin and swiss is that the first tiebreaker is total points of all opponents. But in round-robin that's going to be the same since everyone plays everyone. The second tiebreaker is average opponent ELO so in the case of a round-robin, this means the lower ELO player will win the tiebreak.

Ideally if there are only two players tied, it should just be head-to-head, but it's not :/
