[Action 53] Previous Move
The Upper Player played a G2 in column ⑧. This move continues the strategy initiated previously, aiming to complete a "222" set.
The card drawn was a Clan card.

[Action 59] Current Move
Since the previous draw secured a placement for the R87 card, it is now possible to focus entirely on completing a "999" set in column ⑧ (specifically at R9). By stacking a Pi9, the aim is to complete the "999" set.
The card drawn was a G3.
This card could prove useful either by being played as a pair with the P3 already in hand, or by serving as a strong asset if column ⑥ develops into a "Flush" showdown.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qd2wIY ... p=drivesdk

[Move 62] The Upper Player Move ② Y4
The Upper Player opened Y4 in column ②. Since The Upper Player has an advantage in column ③, even with Y4—which isn’t particularly powerful—he can open it in the inner column ② without much concern.
Additionally, exposing the 4 serves as covering fire to weaken the 444 in column ③.
The draw was a Clan card.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qd2wIY ... p=drivesdk
[Move 65] Current Move ②Y5
Regarding the move against the lower formation’s Y4, the following options are available:
(1) Y5
(2) R6
If R6 cannot extend to R78, transitioning to 666 is difficult because a large number of 6s have already been consumed in column ⑨.
Y5 is a play aimed at “gaining advantage with a large number of the same color,” but it feels like “voluntarily stepping onto the opponent’s turf (a flush) even though I’m already ahead,” so personally, I don’t like this play.

Other options for moves outside the ② column include:
(3) Opening P3 in columns ④ and ⑤
(4) ⑦P6
I suppose.

Of these, (3) offers potential for 33 or a P3 straight flush, but the numbers are small, so a disadvantage is highly likely.
As for (4), Y9876 isn’t visible yet, so a win with P567 isn’t guaranteed. Here, too, I’d prefer to wait for a connection to P89.
Therefore, by process of elimination, I played ②Y5.
The draw was a lag card on Y1.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SZJxUD ... p=drivesdk

[Move 68] Starting the Upper Formation ② Pi4

② Although a Y432 Strofla remained on Y4, Pi4 quickly established a 444 formation.
Additionally, since the Strofla on ⑨Pi5 has been removed, even if the lower formation discards an unnecessary card to column ⑨ on its next move, the lower formation’s card storage (life) can be reduced by one card.
As a trade-off, column ② becomes a disadvantage, but
・The upper formation is gaining an advantage in column ③
・By exposing a 4 in column ②, it is keeping the lower formation’s ③444 formation in check
This can also be interpreted in this way.
The card drawn was a Clan card.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SZJxUD ... p=drivesdk
[Move 71] Move: ⑨ Y1

Since a Pi4 was played in column ②, the lower formation lost column ⑨ as described above.
Therefore, the lower formation discards the unnecessary card Y1 from its hand, draws a new card, and rotates its hand.
If the lower formation had not disposed of the unnecessary card at this point, it would have had to make a move on another column.
This would have allowed the opponent to react after seeing the move—the so-called “reactive play”—so it is crucial to discard unnecessary cards from your hand into a column where defeat is certain, thereby denying the opponent the opportunity for reactive play.
The card drawn was B2. While it does not directly contribute to combat power, it reduces the opponent’s top row ⑧, column 222.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UdHk12 ... p=drivesdk

[Move 75] ②P4

I played “Deployment” followed by ②P4 to complete the 444 pattern.
With this, the only remaining 4 is R4, so either ①R354 or ③G4B4R4 can no longer be completed.
The card I drew was a Clan card.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UdHk12 ... p=drivesdk
[Move 78] ⑤R6

The 444 formation was completed in column ②. For the lower formation to win in column ②, it must complete either 555 or Y567.
Although the lower formation’s hand contains P5, it is highly likely to be played on the ⑦P7 side.
Here, I will hold off on making a move on Column ② and consider playing on other columns instead.

The most promising option is ⑦P6. There is also the option to continue with ⑦P5, and I can hold off on opening up Columns ④ and ⑤.
One concern is that P765 is not the nuts (the highest-ranking hand), so there is a risk of being overtaken. Additionally, P8 is still alive, and we can expect the hand to develop into P786 (9).
Therefore, in this situation, I opened R6 in Column ⑥. The lower hand is aiming for a breakthrough on the right side, so I decided to position the quite strong R678 on the right side to help facilitate that breakthrough.
Another strong option is G3P3, which can be played twice in a row; however, if opened, it can easily be covered by the upper formation. Instead, I’d prefer to use it to clash with the opponent’s high cards when they’re played.
The draw is Y6. Since it’s a versatile tile that can be played in either the ② or ⑤ columns, I’ll want to assess the situation before playing it.
