It goes against the spirit of the game & is not a method that would result in a win if playing the physical version of the game.

I'm not sure where you're getting it doesn't result in a win, or why you're mentioning the physical version of the game in particular. As a result, I also don't see how it would fall under game blocking tactics to force the user to quit.
