expel players after "start game" is pushed

I think it is bad that after "start game" button is pushed, but before the game really starts, the administrator of the table cannot expel players. I do not see a single advantage of it while i see some disadvantages of it. The most annoying case is when the second player does not push accept. Then someone has to quit the game and then the administrator can expel "second player". But it takes time. Another situation is when I am the administrator of the game and I don't like someone. It can happen that if I expel him, he goes back. So I have to expel him and push "start game" immediately. Again it is uncomfortable.

+1. I run into this scenario fairly often in 6 nimmt (wanting to expel a player who's not starting the game). When one of the players has to quit and rejoin they run the risk of losing their place to someone else waiting at the table.

+1 from me as well. It is very annoying to have a group ready to go and one player simply blocks the game by not reacting. This is a must have change imho!
