I had a game where my opponent was on 16 points and mindbugged my 3 3 3 3 dice to reach 20 points. I then rolled mine again to also reach 20 points. I would argue that the opponent won for reaching 20 points first. I know I shouldn't report bugs in this forum but I want to know if it is intended for us to tie.

The rules say one game ending conditions is someone has reached 20 "at the end of a round." In my opinion it should say "end of a turn," and Board Game Geek agrees with me:

I believe they've said that any instances of "round" are supposed to be "turn". This was due to translation issues from the original French.

Regardless, it definitely doesn't say it ends immediately when someone reaches 20. Your turn hadn't ended yet when the other player reached 20.
