Better way to kick people out.

I wish there was a better way to kick people out who have stopped playing. The twenty second countdown doesn't work for this game because if an active player throws a card, it will restart the expelled timer. Then someone has to sacrifice their elo to quit the game or else we are stuck in an endless loop.
