Dark Mode Issues - where do I talk about them?

Hi all!

In some games, when in the new dark mode, the text is an unreadable white. Today it was in mini rogue on one of the popups.

Now how do I report this? Is this a site bug, or a game bug that I would report to the dev?

A game bug, the dev can make the game compatible
