Lets add 1 hp to Paul Regret and El Gringo

I had no statistics but i assume that its almost impossible to win as a rene while you get those characters.

Okay i am actually won that one game, when i get "Gringo or Paul" as a rene and chose Gringo, but anyway this is an exception, that proves the rule :)
