Polis - Color change

Hi,
due to the new Layout of BGA its hard to read the first four possible action in a turn, because they are written dark blue on darf blue blackground. Its for the actions:

- Create hoplites
- Create galleys
- Create merchants
- Begin project

Thank you for changing text color to e.g. light blue for a better reading.
