ELO masking

Excuse me may I ask a simple question?

I would like to know why standard users can see ELOs of SOME of their games? (I suppose ALL the game ELOs would be masked)
How to define which games can have the ELO be seen and which cannot?
If anyone knows please answer, thanks!

Hi,

You cannot see your ELO if you are a standard member BUT if you are part of the 8 best players, you can (by exception).

Thanks, your response helped much, so the answer is I have to become the first 8 players, or be a player of unranked games like "hanabi", so as to view my ELO as a non-member.
