Yes, you can do that with the hot seat mode. Hot sear is a bit buggy, so you need to refresh the page often, but other than that, it works.

Is there a possibility that i can See all hand cards of all players when i do that? Because otherwise is is hard to do good strategic players when i dont know which cards the others have in hand

Not possible. Your view is the normal view as if you are playing with real people.

Yes it is really quite buggy. Either one or two of the characters you have to refresh the page each time it comes to their turn - really quite annoying. This goes for other games too (e.g. Heat).
