Why so much elo?

How do people get 8700 rating? It’s impossible! For a win you get only 30!

So only 290 victories? Just check the game history of one of these players and you'll see how they do it.

Now all the top players are down to 8699.

Seems to be a solitaire game that is possible to win every time. And each win adds 14 to 21 Elo, approximately.

Or whatever we want to call it. It is clearly not "Elo".
