LeonFR frequently insults and should be banned

I've run across this member many times and all he does is insult. He's often insulted player's ELO, win ratio and thumb counts. He's been reported many times yet because he is a paying member the site owners have done nothing. Why is this site run by hypocrites?

I think what he is trying to say is that he already reported him, and that did not work.
