If I expel a offline player during a game, will he gets any penalty?
Here's the situation: now at a targi table(http://boardgamearena.com/#!table?table=17819286) we both stuck and don't want to leave for a penalty. Now I can expel him from main page(cause he's offline), but I don't know this way will brings two free man or brings him any trouble, please help.
