Less likely to notice non Green player BOX

Without the player box being green, it is less likely to notice when a player arrives when I am waiting for players from across the room. It would be better to put some color back in. Often I only have a sliver of the players box area visible when I am waiting. The old start area was better.

Sorry I don't get your point : previously it was green over green, now this is white over white. There was no color distinction when a player joined a table.

In addition the removal of the options at the top of the page actually moved UP the players list so you should be able to see more players than before.

Maybe I miss something?

I would put the whole page back the way it was. This takes up more space.
When a player would show up, previously the larger green box was easier to spot because the background was light colored. The main thing is to have the player boxes a contrasting color
