Puerto Rico - translation changes don't show up

I tried to align the Puerto Rico game translation with the official rulebook translation, but for some reason, the changes aren't showing up in the game—or rather, they are only appearing partially. For instance, the changes are visible in the game log but not on the components (several days passed). What could be causing this?

I have the same problem. I updated thousands of rows, but they don't show up in games. Previously, they used to appear in 2-3 days. If the rule is for them to be validated within 30 days, it would still be fine for them to appear live on the site so that users could validate them and I could potentially make corrections in the meantime.
