Work horse and Finish 2x

[raikr]

Hi guys,
it happened to me that I had the work horse specialist. I was allowed to also use my ability from the craftmanship track to finish the second instrument after doing the finishing of my first instrument.
Is this intended to work like that?
Thanks.

I also had this happen to me, twice.

Game #937112932
First time was around turn #402 - several turns happened at end-of-round before I could grab the number, so may be back a few steps
Second at #493
Both mentioned in chat. Was going to submit a bug report/check if one had been submitted.
