Does custom table setup allow premium factions for non premium players?

Does custom table setup allow premium factions for non premium players?

Hi,

We’re planning to use milty draft to create a custom table for a friendly game.

Only three of the five players have BGA premium. If they draft a premium faction on milty and then I import the seed, will it allow them to keep that faction?

No, they would still need premium to use those factions.
