Waiting times

Am I the only one who has issues with this? A couple of months ago the average waiting time for an Arena game was about a minute or so (usually even less than that). A month ago or so that became something like 10 minutes... Since the start of this season in most cases it's an hour, or even longer.
Is it a matter of less players, or am I doing something wrong?

Can't imagine that adding the Prelude corps would lower the number of games so much. But either way, I'm just curious if other people experience the same thing?

Non-premium accounts probably get bugged. Sometimes you gotta cancel and restart or even refresh the site after canceling and only then start a search.

Maybe check your filters. Not too many people are in elite yet, so if you're in elite you have to widen your search range to +/- 1 or +/- 2 tiers.

I'm not experiencing long waiting times in arena mode. Usually under 1 minute.

If you are not a premium member, yes, the wait times are longer than they used to be. For premium members I see no difference from a year ago

Why do premium members not have to wait as long, why is the site really punishing non premium members lately. This issue and restricting game content are punishing non premium members and will cause less players which equal longer wait times.

Because premium members can start a game by themselves if there is none available, while non-premiums have to wit until one is available.
