Clear clue ?

Post by AlexT2067 »

Player A is the clue giver
Player B have yellow1 in finesse and a yellow3 on the chop, no other 3
Player C have yellow2 in finesse

As the first clue of the game, is 3-clue on yellow3 clear enough as double-finesse ?

yes, on the first turn (or even later in the game, as long as no 3 is playable or critical) this is a clear Double Finesse on B's y1 + C's y2.

but below is a situation that would not work.
already played - r1
B - y1 x x x x
C - y2 x x x y3
here, if A clues 3 to C, of course B would blind-play y1. however, C would NOT play y2 because by Occam's Razor C has r3 (as a valid single bluff) rather than y3 with y2 on finesse.
