Cheating elo at high levels- what to do?

So someone wrote me to check a replay that seemed very odd - and I spotted someone at 800+ elo playing a patheon only game, which was odd itself, winning a game vs a near 700 elo player. the 700 elo one started to play, lets call it weird, from mid age 2 onwards... in age 3 when it was very very likely that 800 elo play will lose the gloves were off and 700 elo player did everything to tank his own points and give up as much as possible to 800 player ... I wont go further into detail to not make it 100% indentifiable, since that is forbidden on BGA.

Now to my question: What to do about it ?

Reporting kingmaking will forward me to red thumbing - and if I report it as anything different it will be most likely ignored...
here on the forum I cannot name that person and his presumed extra account he uses to get more elo....

what else exactly is the out here..... ?? -.-

Edit: it being a tournament turn based game might make it even worse, since it not only cheats the elo ranking but also a tournament ranking...

There's a "[playerName] is using multiple accounts to boost ELO" option available for reporting, which seems to perfectly match what you're describing. (I don't think "kingmaking" term in its strict sense is applicable to 2 player games.)

Oh wow, ashamed to say, I missed that option and it gives me the option to report it - thx!
hope the game makes it crystal clear then (you can pn me if you want to check the game yourselves), and they wont get hung up that its hard to proof the difference between extra accounts and a friend that just helps you boost elo by deliberately losing.
