How come there the Ligu tile has still not been properly implemented?
There has been an open bug report for more than a year. I can't be the only one that gets super annoyed about this? The rule book clearly states the doubling affect works as if the tile was placed an two subsequent / different turns, which means the tiles need to be replenished in between, for those two tiles were this is relevant. but this still hasn't been fixed. I don't understand the issue here the rule book is quite explicit here.
