Spades meetup

[Avi S]

Hello everyone,

As much as I love playing spades online, I have been wanting to find in-person games. Does anyone know of any New York City spades meetups?

I'm trying to find the same thing in the Philadelphia area.

I'm guessing you've tried googling for clubs in your area?

Beyond that. You might try a (board)game store nearby. Those often organize events as well. And while they usually don't focus on card games, they might at least know where to look.

Try a local community center or similar. Larger meetups need spaces to meet up in.

Otherwise, set something up yourself. Pick a (public) place and time. Hang some flyers, post on social media. Maybe the reddit page for your city or area etc. And see who shows up.
