There are some odd moves. That in itself is not strange when a human is playing an AI, but I think the effect multiplies when two different AIs duel it out.

The stats for these games will certainly be interesting. Has Tempest won by science yet?

Did you even try to play vs Zeus ? Both of your posts seem extremely prententious to me, even as the strong player that you obviously are.
Maybe you would win a lot of them, but the majority ? I would be surprised.

Also consider that the bots are just trying to win, not to optimise. One time Zeus discarded the brewery for instance, reason being that it changed nothing. Especially at the end game, there are a lot of "nothing moves" when they don't matter in the big picture, which humans tend to not always understand, especially in a blue game.
