Unable to create new accounts

I have invited some friends to play on board game arena with me, but they have been unable to create accounts.

Looks like this has happened before and was previously fixed under 4003. I have raised a bug report under number 4146.

My friends have tried numerous computers and browsers from different Internet connections.

Can any1 help?

studio or live? because studio and preproduction you cannot create.

I don't know what the difference between studio and live.

I told them to go to boardgamearena.com and create an account.

The first bit worked but when they put in a username they got an error.

Just checked creating an account and it worked fine.
Not much more I can do to help without a detailed description of the problem encountered (any screenshots?)
