Quit penalty bug?

Hi.

Today I played a Chekers game (table #18530895)
My opponent left the game with a few moves remaining, if I remember correctly at 75% games played, so it appeared to me the message: your opponent left, if you wanna you can continue or you can left with no penalties.

I choose to leave with no penalties... but now I just noticed I got the quit penalty with the ELO loss, but I also got the win.
Is this a bug? Is it possible to fix the situation and erase the penalty and the ELO loss?

This Bug was reported several times but won't add up in number. I think something should be done about search function of bug reports so that it's actually possible to find and vote for a bug you just encountered.

Hi,

This bug is very difficult to reproduce. It happens approximately 5 times each day, on 10.000 games played :/

We're working on it to identify the possible cause.

No idea on what happened, it seemed a normal game 'til I came back to the main site... I'm really sorry I can't give you hints on how to reproduce it.
