Why was I penalized??

I signed up for tournament Takenoko #18881928 - I was there at the time of the start, but the other person didnt appear!

And i just found out that I got penalized too!!!! How is this possible??? It's not my fault! Where can I make a complaint? =(

It looks to me like you showed up to your 1st tournament game but not for the 2nd round.

In the 1st game you defeated Oso as he didn't show up.

In the 2nd round EzequielGen defeated you as you didn't show up.
