Not able to figure out how to actually get to the game table

I just joined this site and while I understand how to start a game and invite people to play the game, I don't know where to go from there. I get to the main page where it says the game number and "Configuring table", has a list of the players below and all like that, but I can't figure out how to get to the page where the actual game board shows up so you can play the game. I know this is really dumb, but there's no FAQ that gives step-by-step instructions for how to get to the game table so I'm totally lost. Help?

Create table
Configure table
Open table to other players
Wait for enough players to join.
In banner at top, click "Start Game" red button.
