4000 prestige for a tournament?

Prestige earned from tournaments is just way too easy way to level up in prestige ranks...
Soon masters in some games will create 2players elo off tournaments and they will be earning 1000prestige for free, why not?
It went too far. There is too many prestige for tournaments.

It's because there are 30 players, 12 players with +1600, 45min average game and tournament is setted to 7 games by default.

It should be fixed really, because with 30 games players only do 5 games max. Of course, if the tour get 33 players, the tournament add a game and do 6 max.

So, 4000 is for first place, 50% for finalist and 25% for semifinalist (in round robin and swiss system only 3rd get 25%).

There are 3 main factors. Each individual player contributes a certain amount of prestige to the tournament.

1. Number of rounds the tournament is scheduled for. This is a direct multiplier, so a 9 round tournament would be worth 9x while a 4 round would be 4x. The number of actual rounds don't matter, only the scheduled number (these two differ if a single elimination isn't sufficiently filled or if a round robin isn't filled).

2. The difficulty of the game. Longer/more difficult games will be worth more points. I'm not sure on the exact numbers.

3. The rating of the players in the game. Specifically whether they are Master/Expert/Good/Average. This one is a big difference, where an expert with a rating of 1999 contributes ~1/4th the points of a master with rating of 2000.

So this gives an idea of how points are determined, but I don't have any exact formulas.

A few things that could be done are:
1. Making tournament points based on actual number of rounds.
2. Lowering the round multiplier for tournaments to maybe something like 1 + 0.5*#rounds, this would give the 10 player/9 round round robin tournaments are more appropriate prestige level.
3. Use precise ratings to dictate prestige added by an individual, versus the current broad categories (where expert is worth 4x a good player and master is 4x an expert). Alternately, make average players worth more and decrease the multiplier from ~4 times to ~2 times when going average to good, good to expert etc.
