Disconnected from game server

For the past 2 days my account keeps telling me I'm disconnected from game server and won't register my moves. Can anyone help with this?

I haven't problems with it... generally i see this but just refresh and DONE!

Yea I had to choose ea dice, refresh... roll the die, refresh... play and action, refresh.

However I THINK I found the problem. I had a shortcut on my home screen on my phone. I think they made updates to the browser that didn't get "applied" when I went to BGA through my shortcut. Not a tech person and can't explain it. All I know is when went to BGA "not through my shortcut" I haven't had a problem yet. *knock on wood*

Hope this helps others that may have this problem in the future.

I think I've figured this one out. If you type boardgamearena.com in to your browser the site does not redirect to the https version of the site. If you are on the regular http URL you will be unable to connect to the game server and will be forced to refresh after every move. To remedy this either change the url to contain https:// or update your bookmark to this url.

BGA might want to look in to an auto-redirect to the webpage with the SSL certificate.

Hi,

The issue above was indeed an issue with https but have been solved on April 12th. The website now works fine both on http and https.
