First game with slow mode

If a player play his first game, he should has plenty time to think, and if it's one of his first few games on bga, it's important to keep his record clean. So I suggest if there's a "first game beginner" in a table with real-mode, the speed should auto turn into slow mode.

Good idea, but maybe a little complex for program it.

Should be better if they pre-set the time game to "slow", after it you can change this option and BGA will remember your settings.
