I was using my iPad, and apparently my finger grazed the surface on the way to the option I was trying to select. The result is that the game is effectively over. I told my opponent what happened, and that I tried to concede the game, but the game progress was not far enough. He suggested that I ask in the forums to see if there was a way to back the game up a couple of moves, so I said that I would try that instead.
