BGA employee

Post by bidulpik »

Hi,

nice text on ludovox.fr about BGA.

I've read "Depuis le début de cette année 2016, Grégory Isabelli est devenu indépendant, et est donc devenu le seul salarié de BGA. "

I think you'll have to change the BGA organisation.
As a game developper, I've choose to be an unpaid worker, and i think that's weird to have my work contribute to the salary of the owner of the platform.
It's not the same BGA policy anymore , and it's not the same ethical code.

May be BGA should be some kind of an association with a full time employee ?
I dunno or may be another strucutre that fit better.

Can we start to discuss about it ?

best regards.

Hello,

We explained it several times, starting last October. You should read this.

To be 100% accurate on this : without the help of the community, this service would need way more than one employee, and would be way more expensive for the players.
