Hello,

I have noticed that some players play only TTA "advanced mode". Their percentage of red thumbs (from 10 to 40 % !) show they clearly try to set traps to players that think they will play the full game, then refuse to abandon the game when the players realize the trap.

I suggest ELO rankings at TTA should be base only with the full game. It is very clear to all TTA serious players that "beginner" and "advanced" mode are just to learn the game - it's even written quite clearly in the rulebook. Counting only "full game" games in the rankings would make the experience most enjoyable for most players.

I would be glad to have your opinions on this.

I agree with you.
We see currently a few players proposing 10 shot of TTA simple version as well

Could be a good idea, but it's complex really.

For each setup you should make a new ranking. Checkers should have 4, and Tokaido... puff, more than 20.

Also, I never liked TTA with complete, "War" are so "aggresive", you can finish the game in 2 or 3 military cards, also the game finally is based in how many "military" points you have. Basic is so basic, advanced is more "playable", but complete... really, could be improved.

Complete game works fine with 4p games, with pacts.
