Readjusting Hunting lodge's function

What I know is that if there are people who have same number of plantations, owner of Hunting lodge with noble can't gain VP. However in BGA version, in same situation, owner of Hunting lodge gain VP. How about changing Hunting lodge's function from BGA version to older one?

Hi,
If you found a problem with the rules, please make a bug report with reference to a game and move number showing what happened.
