I am going to suggest two things:
1) Re-play the game log, and take note that sometimes the scores during the game are changing, mostly when getting huts, and occasionally from cards. When the game ends, you should already have a fair amount of points. Then you have the end-game bonus multipliers, which is what that box is showing. These are
added on, only at the end of the game, but are not all the points.
2) Go back and re-read the rules. Not only will it help explain this, but you will never learn how to play better if you do not understand the scoring of the game. Learning the interface here is one thing, but the rules are the rules and you need to know them. Your opponent got ~100 points from huts and you got very little. You got a bit more from the bonus's, but nowhere near enough to make up for the lack of huts. (Don't take this in a bad way. It's just an observance and a legitimate suggestion.)
