Seasons: Igramul included in non-promo games

Hi,
I just played a game of Seasons, Arcimage + Enchanted Kingdom & Path of Destiny and my opponent drafted Igramul. I thought Igramul was a promo card and that it would only be included if we selected promo before starting. I don't like playing with promo cards and that's annoying.
Is that a bug?

Igramul is considered a promo of Path of Destiny expansion, so it could be added -I think-

In this game I drafted Igramul (which is promo) in the prelude but I had chosen not to use promos at the table. The same is happening now in a turn-based game that I started today.

... using Speedwall the Escaped, you can steal a power card picked by one of your opponents.
... using Orb of Ragfield, you can summon cards using crystals instead of paying their cost in resources.
... using Crystal Titan, you receive crystal for each sacrifice and may destroy an opponent card of your choice.

maybe only these 3 cards count as "promo cards"? not sure, but it seems like an explanation

Yeah, it seems Igramul is not considered a promo card but it is. It was not available in all printings of the game.
