If I create, on sandbox, a numeric game from an existing one, will I have to ask permission to the editor ? I mean, if this game is shared only with 2 or 3 of my friends ?

If you spent some time (even few hours) building an adaptation, you'd better ask the publisher permission

Hi,

At now, 11 players has an early access to BGA Sandbox (game designers from Paris est ludique game fair + game designers from Boulogne Billancourt 2016 game creator contests).

Between 2 and 4 game are almost ready to be published, but we're still working on some details. This is probable that some sandbox games will be made available before the editor is released to the public.

Sorry for the delay, but this tool is quite complex
