Ok, thx for following this up, about the wrong category of report: how do I know this guy has multiple accounts? It could even be a friend of him playing from another PC somewhere else doing him a favor? What I see in the cheated games is one player king making the other..that's literally correct I think….anyway…if you say king making in 2 player games is impossible we'll follow your route in the report section, even if I still didn't get what you exactly mean by king making in 2p games is impossible

That thread on BBG is a bit much. I'd suggest just reading the first couple of answers, which is the gist of it.

It has to be a multi-player game, and a 3rd person is essentially in a position to make moves which can decide which of two other players is going to win. There being two other players who could win and influencing that is what distinguishes it as kingmaking, and also is generally when that 3rd person doesn't really have any chance of winning himself.

The rest of that thread goes everywhere with many opinions, some coming from some seriously hard-core people. Kingmaking can boost ELO, but boosting ELO is not automatically kingmaking. And both can be hard to prove, especially since a lot of people don't allow for just plain bad play, or even lack of knowledge about rules.
