Bad experience with Madjer. Am I the only one?

I'm new here and it's been very fun so far for the most part, but just had a nasty encounter with player Madjer and am wondering if it's an isolated incident or if that's how he is on a regular basis. basically just wanting to vent a little.
I'm playing him at lost cities. I beat him the first game and ask if he wants to play again. He does.
We play again and he wins the second game. Then the third game, he starts asking/commenting about my gameplay/moves etc and ridiculing my decisions like he's my coach or mentor or something. I told him to play his game and let me play mine and that I don't care about his opinion on my choices etc. He then proceeds to continue mocking my choices along with asking if I have a big house, a big car and a girlfriend who is "breasted".
My girlfriend just had a double mastectomy a few weeks ago so that really pissed me off and I told him he had no class.

Anyway, he won't be playing at my table again and I'm hoping there are very few players here as rude, arrogant and classless as this guy.

I have been playing here for around six months, and haven't come across any negative players like that. Generally I play turn-based, but I have played quite a few live games too, including some games of Lost Cities.

In the turn-based games I've had a few good conversations with people (I don't chat in live games because it takes me too long to type with the on-screen keyboard), but mostly nobody says much, and most games are played in complete silence - which is fine. From what you describe, this player seems like an idiot, who was probably just trying to annoy and distract you, so he could win. It's not worth getting upset about, just make sure not to play against him again.

Under the assumption that the accusations are true, which is always suspect since the forums aren't here to have a court trial for members, sounds like more than an idiot. Sounds rude and a lot of things that are none of his business. Definitely your car and your gf's breasts are none of his business and pretty tacky. But responding like that will just egg him on.

You should be reporting this to someone in the right position, not venting about a user in public.

I never played against him, avoided him as I accidentally read this comment on his profile page:

"A real stupid, He don't respects the other players . Dont play with him."
(written about one year ago).

Perhaps he tried to be funny. In Germany there had been a TV spot where two old classmates meet again showing photos "my house, my car, my yacht" with the one who had brought his money to the bank which made the spot having the greater ones - of course
