Trouble creating tournaments

I have created a number of tournaments before. Been getting an error message when trying to create a tournament the last few days. Please help.

The fix of another bug. Until recently, the number of rounds displayed for a Swiss system tournament was reset to 6 each time you edited its configuration. I fixed this bug on last week and didn't figure that it would break single elimination tournament configuration.
