Server Disconnect, Lost points on game that was 100% complete

Today I was playing on Dragonheart table #24114321 and was moments away from winning when the server cut out. The result was the other player kicked me from the game (that was his right, but I was able to get back online probably less than a minute later).

As this was out of my control due to the maintenance, is there anything that can be done? Please let me know...

I am having the same problem where I have the endless saying disconnect from game server. I have log out and got a -10 karma which wasn't event my fault. I log off the website and log back in and I still get the same error. I am not able to play at all. I hope to get an answer to this problem. I was playing seasons on nov 29, 2016 around 7pm est.
