Is Puerto Rico played correctly on this site?

I refer to the tie break rule:
The rules state that if VPs are tied then the total of doubloons and goods decide the tie break.
On this site isn't the tie break decided by doubloons then goods?

I confirm that the tie breaker implemented is "Nb of doubloons + nb of goods"
