We are proud and happy to introduce today the third expansion for Race for the Galaxy : The Brink of War.
Race for the Galaxy is one of the best and most popular game here on Board Game Arena with more than 3.7 millions of games played. Almost 70.000 players tried this game here! This game is certainly not a "family game" and is quite complex, but it is really worth trying it!
To help you to jump into the game, the excellent youtuber Game Fondue recently published a complete 12 minutes explanation of the Base game, using Board Game Arena interface. So basically you can be ready to play your first Race for the Galaxy game in 12 minutes for now : what are you waiting for?

About the expansion :
_ 4 new start worlds, 5 new goals, 44 new game cards.
_ New "prestige" chips : they looks like VP chips (+1 point too), but you can also consume them to trigger some powers.
_ New "search/prestige" action you can use once in a game, with 2 possible effects : either it improves a lot on of your action bonus (ex : consume x3 instead of x2), or it allows you to search in the deck from a specific card you need.
With this third expansion the "expansion arc 1" for Race for the Galaxy is now 100% available on Board Game Arena
Like the previous expansions, The Brink of War is available only for Club Members. As usual, only members can select this option but anyone can join the game afterwards.
