Yes, it seems to be happening again. I am mainly just dropping my own comment because I expect to have a tournament ejection sometime tonight. I was unable to take a turn all eight hours that I was home and awake last night, and my clock kept running, based on how little I had left when I got to take turns today. Now, hoping to be able to finish the game, I am once again not able to take turns.

I assume that this issue will be quickly resolved, as is often the case. I just don't think I should lose my 100% rating in the process. At least by dropping a comment here, I should be able to get that fixed soon as well.

I also have not been able to access my games for the second day - I can access other areas of the site, and I could sign in to post here, but when I try to sign in for my games, I get the disconnected error right away. Also, I have not received any email notifications regarding my turn status, etc., so I'm hoping my games have not been lost...this seems to be the biggest disruption on the site since I've been using it - I hope it is something that can be fixed! As always, the work that everyone does for BGA is always appreciated.

Yes, there have been another 45mn crash - same reason - between 01:05 and 01:50 CET :(

We are going to re-install totally another server to make sure there is no hardware issue.

Yes it seems that it comes from the server, not from the network : the server "freeze" with no warning, which is extremely difficult to debug because there is no trace of what happened.

That's why we ordered another brand new server, with a different hardware, and do a complete fresh reinstall.

UPDATE Dec 1st 9:00 CET : the new server has been installed and is now replacing the previous one which caused the 3 crashs.

The same thing just happened again. And I received a past time "ding" on my last Seasons game. Can you please fix this?

Thanks for all of your hard work!

Sorry but there were no system crash.

I'm going to lock this thread as it was related to a past event that found its cause (we replaced the hardware).
