I play Colt Express offline, and I wanted to give it a go here. I chose a turn-based game, and it didn't work well for me. The reason is that all the cards played in the schemin phase are just put in a pile. So if I'm not online, which I probably won't be because I'm playing turn-based not real-time, I have no idea what my opponents are doing. In the physical game, you should be able to see others' cards except if you're in a tunnel phase, and make your decisions accordingly. Without that, the game just seems random (and tunnels / secret plays have no advantage!)
Is there some interface I'm missing that would allow me to look through the face-up cards played so far? If not, what are people doing to get round this? Do you just play real-time games only, or what?
